We’ve used Webfor for our website, SEO and online marketing the last two years. When we started with them, our SEO was a disaster from our previous SEO Company. Plus we moved our shop location, so our Google presence was nil. Now and for the last year, our website and SEO are a solid-consistent, front and center on Google. Working together we created a beautiful website. They completely listened to our vision and wants. The have a very friendly team, who work together really well, and at the same time have their specialized areas. Their customer service is great. You have an Account Representative who comes to your office to go over your online performance, They are always checking on their performance, our customer satisfaction and a job well done is very important to them. Your email or phone call is answered within a couple hours, or at the end of day at the latest. After several frustrating experiences with other SEO companies, I’m thrilled to have found Webfor!
My company enjoyed top ranking on Google with a CA firm for many years, but as Google changed and evolved my rankings declined. I needed to find a firm that was going to be constantly changing and evolving along with Google. I was pretty desperate for a solution when I found Webfor. They gave me no promises for instant success and said it would take time (I appreciated the honesty). The proposal they gave me was only slightly higher than what I was paying at the other firm so I was happy with the price. It has been almost a year and I have number 1 ranking under my key term and other terms have also seen great improvement. I also have them manage my ad words account and they have done a great job making some cost saving changes to it. I also have them doing a redesign of my website which will launch this week. A got one other bid but only as an exercise because at this point I would not trust my web presence with anyone else. I meet with my rep in person once a month to review our progress. I know some will see this as an advantage. I don't know if it matters, but I like keeping my money local. I am currently experiencing a problem with my Google places listing. This is normally something that would have caused me great stress, but now I don't have to even worry about because I know they are on top of it.
