Основная проблема заключалась в невозможности превзойти конкурентов по позициям и посещаемости (например, интернет-зоомагазин «Гарфилд») в короткие сроки. Основные задачи проекта: улучшить такие показатели сайта, как позиции, посещаемость, ссылочный профиль.
⁃ При формировании семантического ядра и пересмотре структуры сайта мы обратили внимание на менее частые запросы. Это запросы, которые являются базовыми для зоомагазинов, поскольку люди обычно ищут определенный корм либо по бренду и назначению, либо по полному названию.
⁃ Чтобы сайт максимально реагировал на потребности пользователя, мы сгруппировали запросы и создали дополнительные страницы. Например, позже все запросы, связанные с питанием собак (Премиум питание для собак и Сухой корм для собак) вели только на одну страницу. Мы создали разные веб-страницы, подготовили текст, оптимизировали теги и в результате e-zoo.by увеличили его видимость в ТОП-3 поисковой выдачи.
⁃ Собрали информационные запросы и сделали контент-стратегию в написании текстов, чтобы привлечь дополнительный трафик и закрепить позиции коммерческих запросов.
⁃ Чтобы получить позиции не только в Минске, но и в других регионах Беларуси, мы проработали запросы по всей стране и создали страницы для городов, где компания открыла свои магазины. Мы реализовали функционал, который позволяет просматривать ассортимент конкретного магазина и дает возможность выбрать необходимый город для доставки товара.
Задачами проекта было увеличение позиций в поисковых системах по количеству трафика и заказов сайта.
⁃ Помимо семантического ядра для продвижения мы собрали семантическое ядро для ведения блога. Проанализировав всех конкурентов, мы заметили их активное ведение блога на сайте, поэтому создали и его, чтобы получать трафик с информационных запросов. И теперь мы ежемесячно пишем полезные статьи: например, преимущества разных городов США, советы по переезду.
⁃ Чтобы пользователям было удобнее просматривать сайт и оставлять заявки, мы проанализировали юзабилити на основе конкурентов с учетом мелких правок клиента. Изменено меню, добавлено больше внутренних блоков ссылок и реализована форма обратной связи.
⁃ Это помогло повысить видимость сайта в локальном поиске, картах Google, выделиться среди конкурентов. Кроме того, мы заполнили профиль компании в Google My Business и Bing Places for Business. Таким образом, это помогло повысить видимость карточек и на Google Maps, получить трафик из локального поиска и выделиться на фоне основных конкурентов.

⁃ Мы выяснили, что основной проблемой клиента является огромное количество автогенерируемых неуникальных текстов. Были сотни веб-страниц с шинами стандартного размера, которые различались диаметром обода, шириной и высотой шины. Клиент создал текстовый шаблон, в котором менялся только размер, чтобы не писать тексты для каждой страницы.
⁃ Качество текстов тоже оставляло желать лучшего. Было большое количество нетипичных для жизненного разговора фраз, которые выдавали в них SEO-тексты (например, «Предлагаем шины купить Минск»), были неинформативны, заспамлены. В итоге мы обработали 160 страниц с текстами. Наконец, мы отредактировали и написали 160 страниц с текстами с нуля.
⁃ После технического аудита мы обнаружили большое количество внутренних ссылок, дающих коды ответов 301 и 404. Такие ссылки опасны тем, что можно получить дорвей — сайт, не несущий никакой смысловой нагрузки и созданный только для перехода на другой. Ну, ОШИБКА 404 говорит, что страница не существует.
За счет комплексной работы с сайтом: улучшения качества тегов, текстов и технического состояния мы убрали фильтр Баден-Баден, заняли выгодную позицию в Яндексе: увеличили процент ключевых слов в ТОП-10 с 0% до 39% и даже улучшил позиции в Google: поднял процент ключевых слов в ТОП-10 с 57% до 71%.
