As the client had previously run Google Ads campaigns, we started with an audit. By auditing the account, we identified what was and wasn't working. Based on the insights we got, we have developed a new strategy for Google Ads.
By auditing Google Ads campaigns, we figured out that campaigns were bringing quite good results. However, some issues negatively affected the advertising performance.
The first issue was poorly structured search campaigns. Due to keyword dumping, search campaigns weren't working at full capacity. The second issue was that there were no remarketing campaigns. It means that the client didn't work with customer retention and missed one of the crucial steps in the marketing funnel.
Considering the issues, we have developed a new strategy and taken the following steps:
After restructuring/launching new campaigns, we monitored and optimized them to maximize their effectiveness. We tested new keywords, ad copies, extensions, banners, videos, adjusted audience, demographic, location and other types of targeting. And taking this set of actions enabled us to see results in no time.
Just 3 months after the search campaigns restructuring and new remarketing campaigns launch, we got results that satisfied the client. ROAS increased from 451% to 538% and revenue doubled from $7.4K to $16.9K. By increasing the advertising budget we scaled the campaigns and increased the number of conversions from 224 to 465.
As the client had previously run Bing Ads campaigns, we started with an audit. By auditing the account, we identified what was and wasn't working, and finally, we found out that the main reason for failure was poorly structured search campaigns. Based on the insights we got, we have developed a new strategy.
To bring success to Bing advertising, we have developed a new account structure and launched the following campaigns:
After launching campaigns, we kept an eye on them and optimized them to maximize their effectiveness. By testing new keywords, adjusting audience, demographic, location, and other types of targeting, improving ad copies, and testing different extensions, we got amazing results.
Just a month after we restructured and relaunched the campaigns, we saw the effectiveness of the new strategy. The numbers we got speak for themselves. ROAS increased by 89% while CPA decreased by 10% within the same ad budget.
Within seven months of the relaunch, we achieved results that fully satisfied all client's requests. ROAS increased from 159.81% to 435.3%, and revenue increased from $4K to $9K, while ad spend decreased by almost 30%. We also managed to significantly reduce CPA from $22.29 to $10.68 and increase the number of conversions from 134 to 200.
Before enrolling with VW for an ongoing SEO campaign, the majority of sales on the website were generated through branded traffic. However, the client realized the necessity of implementing an SEO strategy that could increase non-branded traffic, and, consequently, lead to more sales. That is why he decided to give us a try.
Furthermore, the client had many categories of supplements on the website. However, he didn't want to promote all of them. He wanted to focus on one specific type.
Thus, we were assigned the task to increase non-branded traffic while focusing on the selected product type.
Our strategy included the following:
Launching an SEO campaign at the beginning of October 2022, we saw an increase in organic traffic over the next six months.
According to GA, organic traffic has increased by 110% from 3965 to 8355 users.
In addition, our SEO efforts led to 58 keywords ranking in TOP 1-3 positions while 435 keywords reached TOP 4-10 positions.

2. Focus on the keywords related to Sydney.
The client asked us to pay additional attention to the keywords related to Sydney, as he wanted to get as many leads from there as possible.
Based on these challenges, we started to develop an SEO strategy. To overcome the first challenge, we decided to create several landing pages targeting state-specific keywords.
After that, we started an optimization process with an additional focus on keywords related to Sydney.

After launching campaigns, we closely monitored and optimized them to get better results. By testing automated bidding strategies, improving keyword targeting, adjusting location, demographic, device and other types of targeting, improving ad copies and testing different banners, we got results that have even exceeded the client's expectations.
With a comprehensive approach, the results were not long in coming. Within the initial launch of the Google Ads campaigns, we got 14 leads for $122/lead. In 6 months, after the months of performance optimization, we got 44 leads for $56.24/lead. We found a way to decrease CPA by 54%, and increase conversions by 214%, and phone calls by 125%.
The main task that was assigned to us was to increase organic traffic on the landing page. Additionally, the client had one more query. In the new SEO strategy, he wanted to test some commercial keywords that had shown quite good results in PPC.

This strategy has shown quite good results. But over time we noticed that the growth of the project had stopped. And to get the project back on the growth track, we decided to make some changes to the strategy and focus more on linkbuilding.
We started to build more links and focus on building much more expensive links rather than we have built previously.
We also occasionally did keyword research. During one of the keyword research, we found new relevant keywords for the project and decided to try them.
We created additional landing pages and optimized them with new keywords. This step allowed us to gain a significant increase in organic traffic.
After that, we decided to update the strategy, and now it looks this way:
Starting an SEO campaign in 2019, the project has had ups and downs. However, we can say with confidence that our efforts have yielded results.
According to Ahrefs statistics, from the period from May 2020 to October 2022, organic traffic has increased from 3189 to 51720 users. Moreover, we achieved TOP positions on Google during the same period:
