The Association of Legal Administrators has worked with Straight North for many years. They have transitioned ALA's publication Legal Management successfully from a print publication to a brand-new all digital format of an app for the iPad and Android tablets. They also designed its own dedicated website. Each issue of the publication has gotten better with design every time. They find new ways to incorporate the bells and whistles on the app with each passing issue. We are thrilled with the results. They are open to suggestions and help us stay on time and on budget. There really isn't enough I can say about working with Straight North. From Ian Stevenson (VP Sales) to Ann Hambry (our project director) and every team member we met for discovery: They are professional, timely, creative, easy to work with and extremely organized! A key point that made them stand apart from other firms I interviewed to work with: They are honest, they explain things that I may not understand in terms that I could in order to help me make the best decision for our company. Honest and helpful. Matt from Straight North was able to assess my business needs and after discussion he honestly told me that with the demographics I'd want to reach and the money it would cost it would not be a solid investment. There are few companies out there who would have such integrity instead of taking out hundreds/thousands of dollars per month from a small business. Nothing is guaranteed in marketing but I'm happy to know that a company like this is not about the bottom dollar - and instead values the ability to deliver to their clients. While we are not looking for mass expansion at this time, we will be calling Straight North when we are ready to take that step. Thank you for the advice and feedback!
