STEPS was formerly introduced in 2008 as an internal training wing of Spectrum Softtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with an objective of providing IT technical training and skill-development programs to existing professionals and the new employees. Being the internal training division of Kerala’s first private IT park, STEPS was fully equipped with the state-of-the-art technical infrastructure and the service of highly-experienced IT professionals.

Very Friendly Staff who goes out with their personal effort too for learning the various courses designed. Whole Curriculum of this Institute is well structured and designed. They are serious and dedicated with their system for students, so that at end of the day everyone is employed. I like the silence in this Institute because everything is held in very discipline way. My Experience here at Steps Kochi learning Digital Marketing was a memorable one. I completed my Software Testing Training here, Training program and the Trainers were great. My trainer was Vishnupriya ma’am her way of teaching is really good and easy to understand.
