So I guess I am not the first or even the second to write about this FRAUD. Raven Tools recently in December they without my permission change there plans and charged my card an additional $200 per month. This IS CRIMINAL. It is a shame that this company would do such a think. Extremely displeased with them and there lack of transparency with there customers. ***Update*** So I forgot to update you on this item. RavenTool did take responsibility for the change and acknowledged that although their update was sent via email. The understood that not all users received the notice. As such in our case the credited our account for the over charge, and help us to work out a plan that would work and allow us to continue to use there platform.
