Working in Quest Innovation has been a great experience for me. People here make me feel like I am part of a team. I appreaciated the fact that people here provide autonomy over the work that I do. Any issues I have are solved asap. Timing is flexible and also boss is really understanding. Work here is challenging yet satsifying. I got to learn a lot and grow as a full stack developer in last couple of months. One of the many qualities of our boss that I like is that she recognizes each empoyees' potential, ability and talent and provides work accordingly. It's one of the best IT companies in Guwahati and from working here, I can tell it will only grow to be bigger and better in future.
I m working here as an intern for two months, during this period i have learned many programing languages and skills to develop applications.
