Navicosoft has one of the best customer services I have experienced in a long time. Before using Navicosoft hosting, I had a website running on their hosting. When I have problems with their services, I just opened a support ticket with them. I got my issue resolved within a few minutes, which make me relay them more and more as many companies respond to emails with much delay, I found Navicosoft Support on the Top. Their hosting is also reliable and cheap. I would recommend it.
Just started with Navicosoft 3 months ago to replace bad existing hosting service. I think I've had a good choice for now. These are the following reasons: 1. Live chat supporters in Navicosoft are quick to reply ( pre-sale and technical too ) , much better than old hosting ( only ticket and take more than 12 hours to reply ) 2. THE SPEED!! . My Joomla site is pretty heavy, when it was in old host, only have 50/100 tested with Google insight speed. Move to Navicosoft Unlimited hosting plan, the speed is up to 85/100 . That's awesome because I tried to optimize a lot on the old host but so result at all
I have been with many different web hosts over the years and I'm voluntarily writing this review because I am really happy with Navicosoft. If you have a WordPress or similar site, and are looking for the most features for the lowest price, they are your solution. I only know their support technicians are great because I have had to contact them on two occasions to fix a problem that I caused. Why is that significant? I'm always a little leery when I read about how great a host's tech support is when the customer indicates how quickly the host responded to an outage. Really there shouldn't be an outage in the first place. Second should there be an outage, the customer shouldn't even need to be involved. I don't want to have to contact tech support if that were to happen. It should just simply be fixed. It seems obvious to me but unfortunately it isn't obvious to many web hosts which is why I'm happy with Navicosoft.
