Be very careful with these guys. They did a very good job selling me on a top notch website design and what was delivered was not even close. They asked for 60 days to complete my project and I had to reach out to them and ask to see a mock up. When they did have something to show it appeared it was thrown together very quickly and had no creativity. After about 75 days and the second mock up, I was so unsatisfied I walked away from the money they wanted upfront which was as much as other designers wanted for the entire project. I asked them to consider a refund and since they couldn’t produce satisfactory work in the contracted time and they told me the actually had the right to charge me more… Not a company I would ever do business with again or refer any to use. Buyer beware!
As a printing and graphic design company, we thought that we could create out own website. And, we did. It was beautiful. After meeting John Lehmberg with Make It Loud and having him assess our website, we quickly found out there was a major (MAJOR) flaw.....you couldn't search for our site at all. Not even one little bit. We never showed up in a search. We turned out website over to MIL and we get more and more contacts as a result of turning up in searches. I love that MIL is local, they care about their customers, they teach you how to manage updates to your website on your own. They are phenomenal all the way around. You just can't ask for a better group of people to have in your corner. Thank you, John and the MIL team!
