I find the Team at Get manic very enthusiastic and understanding of our requirements- it often feels as if we have our own in house SEO team all pulling in the same direction to achieve the results we all want. Get Manic are very proactive in their which is refreshing as all other SEO companies i have used in the past are at best reactive.
I found get manic from looking at another site they had done. Contacted them and arranged a consolation to discuss my needs, they came up with some fantastic ideas. The quote was not the cheapest by far, but you pay for what you get and after the consolation i knew that these guys were passionate about there work. Get Manic shared inspiring ideas to produce our website to visually show our range of products producing a sleek, professional online store entirely customised for the Taylor-Eaton brand.
We took out an SEO package with Get Manic in September 2016. From day one the communication was extremely poor. The only time we ever seemed to hear anything at all was when the monthly invoice was due. Major discrepancies in the SEO knowledge and received some really poor excuses for no work being complete. Blaming Wordpress functionality was one of the excuses - even when we had paid Get Manic to complete the On-page SEO at the start of service engagement. On the last month of termination, we paid out invoice and no visible work was complete and no communication to even thank us for using them. We've taken our business elsewhere.
