Honest and helpful. Matt from Straight North was able to assess my business needs and after discussion he honestly told me that with the demographics I'd want to reach and the money it would cost it would not be a solid investment. There are few companies out there who would have such integrity instead of taking out hundreds/thousands of dollars per month from a small business. Nothing is guaranteed in marketing but I'm happy to know that a company like this is not about the bottom dollar - and instead values the ability to deliver to their clients. While we are not looking for mass expansion at this time, we will be calling Straight North when we are ready to take that step. Thank you for the advice and feedback!
