It pains me to right this review, As a small business owner I hired Higher Visibility to do my SEO, the experience was very bad, On my opinion they are all about the sales and nothing after that .But my disappointment was with the guy in charge Dave, when I spoke with him never took responsibility for anything and tried to through the fault on the Employe who was assigned to my account by saying He was an idiot and the new guy was one of the best, so as per the guy in charge I was given to deal with an idiot and He was ware of it but from now with the new one it would be fine, Asked for reimbursement , answer " from what I understand you will not stay with US so no reimbursement " The whole time trying to blame his employee and not taking charge for what happened, how could you trust people like that The best part was when I confronted him with : why my ranking has fallen ? His answer: we have no control over it, google does. I know google does but What did you do to help it ? Reason I put this review in is hopefully someone reads it and thinks twice before hiring them ! In my opinion they are all about the sales to sign and charge the monthly fee for as long as they can. Don't sign with them !
