We were using Goozmo for about 6 years now. In the beginning, their service came on strong and solid. I've had some issues with customer service a few years ago. However, of recent, they've been making more effort to take care of our needs promptly. They did do a great job of getting all their sites mobile friendly for Google ahead of the deadline last year.
