CRM was sold to me with several promises about their work quality and promptness. But with time, their service has become pathetic. For last one and half years, I have been calling them almost each next day only to get a false promise in return. Always I'm given a date which never comes and they don't even bother informing for the delay. In worst, they stop answering the calls on date they were supposed to deliver the work. I have come across many software companies, but never had such a poor quality of response. I regret purchasing their product and wasting my time with them, And now I'm looking for other company for my CRM work.
