Pros: Director and CEO very generous in all aspect with employee, Good opportunities for career growth. Cons: none that I can think of. I felt completely comfortable in the office because everyone are so friendly! As a growing organization they're constantly working on ways to improve the opportunities for surrounding succeed. I loved my co-workers and gained a great deal of skills working under them and keeping great relationships with them! Pleasure to be around all the people there.
