Media ORB

The service that I have received and the price charged do not match. In 8 month with Mediaorb, I received 1 SEO report and the person responsible did not have the time to take me through it. In terms of the website - promised a Rolls Royce and what I got was a Corsa. Everything was done through support tickets and very little verbal communication. I was hoping that they would assist me through the process, but very little input came back. This is the reason that I am leaving Mediaorb - and that process is proving to be very painful as well. Generally not a great experience.
