I worked with Ed Ryan at Hallam on our social media review. He had the unenviable task of untangling and piecing back together a web of inherited accounts from our diverse range of services. The project culminated in Ed running an internal course at Inspire on content - he engaged and enthused an audience of my colleagues who have diverse roles, work in many different services/locations, and at all levels from Chief Executive to front line library staff. It was pitched just right with laughs, debates and yorkshire pudding wraps along the way! One of my colleagues commented 'it was the best training course her had ever attended' - the same colleague went away and vowed to start using social media!'
