I have been contemplating getting a CRM system for my business for some time. I spoke to James Cook from Spidergroup in detail about this. He was very patient when explaining what the process would be and the benefits of the system for my business. I decided to proceed with getting a CRM through Spidergroup. I have found working with James Cook and Becky Bishop a delight. The have been very patient, considering the fact that both my administrator and I are not very technically minded. They explain very simply how the system works and what to do. When we have a question, they will re explain, even if they have explained before. They are not patronising and fully understand that it is like learning a new language for us. I would highly recommend using Spidergroup for any of your IT needs.
