This company delivers a great UX/UI via their association with 3C. They pick up and drop clients at a whim based on how much money they think they will make from them, so cover yourself, operate through your Github, Gitlab, control the process and don't be sold too. If they are building your product from scratch control the process, pick your framework, ask for proper wireframes and demand a project management system online which involves you, read their T&Cs, Warranties etc. For mine they picked a Drupal framework and a theme called Radix (which is 5 years old!). They presented that they would help me get to market but then suddenly changed their minds (aka got what they thought is a better client more money). I'm now stuck without any documentation from their developers, parts of the work have been hard coded and it's non-agile meaning any changes will cost a fortune to do. Agency also threatened me with defamation if I spoke out, held code for ransom then when I raised all the problems with the site they stopped returning calls.
