The main reason for my giving of a 5 star rating is the aftersales support - mainly by Anna (and the team behind her). We have had our website for nearly two years now, and over that time there have been several ocassions where we have needed help or noticed a fault. On every single ocassion that we have called, Anna has showed a 'can do' attitude, and rectifies the problem on the day. I cannot overstate the importance of this to us as a business, as well as on a personal level where we can have this absolute trust in Anna's abality to pull in resources and get the correction made. She is a value to the company - so to her as well as the team who are behind her and get the job done - thank you.
