Net Starter

I have been in the IT industry for over 20 years and seen some of the most dodgy IT companies Australia has to offer. To say Netstarter is the worst is an understatement. We have quite a few of sites with them and almost every few weeks a website goes down. When I attempt to contact someone to have the site fixed, I either get ignored, or an automated password reset email is sent for their online helpdesk system. I have never seen websites go down so frequently. I am fairly confident that the other good reviews are either their own, or from people they have paid. Seriously steer clear of these guys. I wish we could move all our sites but unfortunately the costs are too high to take on such a task. These guys treat you like crap and have zero respect for you or your business needs. They are in it purely for the money and be damned with everything else. These guys sicken me and I honestly hope they get what's coming to them!
