The more you grow and segment your email lists, the more you come to realize that Aweber is not gonna make things easier for you. Constant crashing, random false "scheduled maintenance" messages, generally inaccurate metrics, abysmal customer support that goes out of its way to provide you with the most generic of answers (i.e. "Have you tried restarting your browser?"), and very user-hostile interface that makes segmenting lists a chore more than anything else are just some of the things that will annoy you on a regular basis. Why the 3 stars, then? If you're a small business or someone who limits their email lists to a small number of subscribers (<200), you can get your money's worth with this platform, but don't expect anything extra!
