Great Company. Good working environment and good infra structure. Great work-life balance with adequate opportunity for career development. I have been working at Cognus Technology full-time (More than 3 years) Intelligent coworkers Pros Employee friendly management. Learning projects for career growth, best career opportunity. Good pay scales, flexible working hours, lot of employee engagements etc. Snacks, Gifts, Outings and Partys etc Festival Celebration. Very good place to learn and grow. Cons No cons as per my view, keep it up.
The company is ok.. I went for the interview and got selected.. However.. One thing I dint like is the things they say on phone and what they say in person.. I got selected for the position of content writer, befr going fr the interview, I asked fr the salary bracket.. They said they don't have any prb with the salary range... After I got selected.. They offered me the salary less than I was getting in my previous organization.. I mean seriously? How can you even possibly think that if you offer a salary lesser than tha last ctc, the employee would join you
Nice working environment, one can enhance their skills here it's a startup company, they prefers freshers who wants their rapid growth and are passionate for their job. Nice work culture, office is at convenient place. This company was started by Indian founders. Those looking careers in digital marketing, developer and business associate can apply here.
Company location is very good but management is very poor. He don't know how to treat the candidates when they come for interview at their organization. I also go went for interview of seo executive over there after two or three round ahr told me then she will told me the result though the call. Next day I got the call of HR that you had got selected when you can come final process. But when had reached for final process HR don't remember for which profile I had got selected and when she had called me. So she told me that after confirmation she will tell me. After two hours wait she schedule an another interview for me and just like start. But after 5 to 10 minutes of interview HR again tell me the same thing that your result will provide on you via phone call. Really poor experience for me. Not suggest to any one
