I started working here in February, I have worked for some companies who treat employees like a number and this is not a company like that at all! They treat employees and clients with respect and understanding not to mention they feed us all the time! I've always said a bad boss can ruin a great job and this company really understands that! My boss is seriously the best! I really do love working here!

I've been working with them for a short time but so far I am impressed. Laney did a great job with my website design. I'm looking forward to seeing what BP can do for my online presence and marketing!

We use BP for our business website. The people that work here go above and beyond to help you, and they make sure that they do everything they can to get you what you need/want when it comes to your website. I probably call at least once a day, and they are always friendly, helpful, and willing to exceed my expectations. We've had many other web developers, and NONE of them even come close to level of customer service that BP delivers. I highly recommend them! Five stars all the way.

I am working on a dental project with BPI. Everyone I have spoken to has been very professional and helpful. Briana just redesigned our website and did a terrific job! The only thing that keeps me from putting a 5 star is that while everyone at BPI is very good within their own department, finding someone (a single person) who can answer questions about multiple aspects of our account is sometimes challenging.

Magnificent Mile Family dental and Dr. Okediji are very pleased with BP! We have been using BP for about 3 years now and could not be happier. BP has been great to work with so far. With an ever changing practice, our website is always needing updates and changes. It is easy to shoot them an email about a change and within a few hours, that change is made. The only reason I can't do 5 stars is because I've had a few times where the changes they make to our website make no sense based on what I asked them to do. I'd prefer they send me another email to clarify if I do not describe something in as much detail as they need instead of letting me know it's completed then I go to look at it's not correct.
