When we tried to cancel since we were 3- days past our monthly auto c.c. payment; instead of pro-rating the 3-days they screwed us for another $200 and conveniently noticed no back-office updates or analytics available and can only surmise was a cash grab and the $200 did not go towards our campaign. Unlike google adwords you "Deactivate" your campaign anytime 24/7 and is pro-rated. My guess RBC got kick-backs for every lead. Hard Lesson learned. Do not trust your bank especially for ONLINE marketing ADVERTISING support.
